Refund policy
All reservations are subject to Asian Kitchen in Berlin’s refund policy, as stated below:
- If the guest cancels the reservation more than 1 week before the event starts, the full amount will be reimbursed to the guest.
- If the guest cancels the reservation less than 1 week and more than 48 hours before the event starts, no refund will be made but the guest is allowed to modify the reservation for another booking.
- Guests will not be entitled to any refund, credit or transfer if they cancel within 48hrs before the event starts or if they simply don’t turn up.
In case AKIB cancels a guest’s reservation, the guest will be refunded the full amount such guest has paid.
Guest no-shows, late arrivals and requests to change the reservation details do not entitle the guest for a refund.
Reimbursement to the guest is processed as soon as the cancellation has been made, and usually takes between 5-7 working days.
