Cut the pork into thin slices around half cm thick
Add 2 spoons of cooking wine and some salt mix well
Add 1 spoon starch to the pork, mix everything together and leave it aside
Cut pepper into long and thin slices
Add some oil in the wok and stir fry the pork on medium heat
Cook pork until it's light in colour. When cooked, remove from pan and keep it aside
Add some oil in the pan and stir fry the pepper. Add some garlic and ginger for extra flavour
Add some salt, Sugar, Once the pepper is soft, add the pork back in.
Add a bit of soya sauce to add extra flavour and colour. Mix well and the stir fry is ready ! Great with steamed rice
Bell peppers are actually fruits and have the highest levels of Vitamin C of any produce item. Red/yellow/orange bell peppers are simply green bell peppers that have been left on the vine to continue to ripen. A large red pepper has three times more Vitamin C than an orange.
