Join us for a hands on cooking class where you will learn to make Shanghai style fried wontons, wonton soup with choice of meat and vegetarian filling and home made chilli dip to accompany the wontons

What is Wonton?
A traditional Chinese dumpling that often has stuffing with varieties of meat or seafood and vegetables.

What will you do?
In this class you will learn to make
1. Traditional pork filling for wontons
2. Vegetarian filling for wontons
3. 2 styles of Wonton wrapping
4. 2 styles of cooking – Fried and wonton soup
5. Homemade Chilli Sauce
