Born in Hamburg to Indonesian and Filipino parents, Nora developed a passion for food and wine since her early 20s. While working as a project manager in Media and film production, she also provided lunch catering for companies with up to 15 people. She grows her own vegetables in summer and loves sharing her passion of cooking with friends and family. She loves to explore different flavours and textures (which are the two key elements of Indonesian cuisine) from all over the world and rarely cooks without Garlic!
