Engineer turned designer, Piyush grew up watching his mother cook everyday. He would quietly watch her and learn, but didn’t indulge in cooking until he moved to London in 2001. Obsessed with travelling, he mainly travels to food destinations and tastes local cuisine. His everyday cooking is all about experimenting with different flavours and cooking styles, but when missing home, he loves to cook his mother’s recipes of his favourite dishes. He enjoys cooking from leftovers and basic ingredients and refuses to cook without fresh green chillies and coriander.
